Cooking Instructions:
Pan-frying: Thaw the sausages completely. Add 1.5-3 teaspoons (about 5-10g) of salad oil and 1/4 cup (about 50g) of water to the pan. Cook over medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes until the sausages turn golden brown and slightly charred. Serve on a plate.
Oven grilling: Thaw the sausages completely. Preheat the oven to 150℃ with both upper and lower heat. Place the sausages in the oven and grill for 18-20 minutes (flip occasionally). When the surface of the sausages changes color, they are ready to be served.PS Sausages are filled, not air-dried (flies are too scary), so there may be blood and air in the packaging. When this happens, just poke a hole before cooking😀. Because I make five different flavors at once, there may be a slight mixing of flavors when they alternate.
